BATT4EU has published the new Strategic European Research and Innovation Agenda (SRIA) on batteries, for the alignment of priorities in the sector at EU level. The document, the result of strategic alignment between all industry stakeholders in Europe, outlines research and innovation priorities over time for each segment of the battery value chain, highlighting 6 imperatives to increase competitiveness at EU level. As Europe aims to establish itself as a global leader in battery research and innovation, the publication will serve as a reference for key technological challenges, promoting R&I efforts and guiding funding in the EU, benefiting competitiveness in the value chain of European batteries.
